1. How much does a listing cost?
A) We offer 2 types of listings, free and paid, there are 2 free listing options, and 2 paid options costing either £10 for a year or £25 for a year depending which you choose.
2. Can I upgrade a listing?
A) Yes you can upgrade at any time.
3. How long does a listing last for?
A) A listing can last indefinitely or a number of days. You should check the package boxes as they will specify the time period that a listing will remain active. The time period is specified in days so 365 days is one year, if no days are specified then the listing lasts for the life of the directory.
4. Does a featured listing get me more exposure?
A) Yes it does, you can list yourself in up to 3 categories and you will be added to the front page carousel for featured sites. You might also be shown at the top of our homepage at some time too. Featured sites also show up as such in searches.
5. What is image upload?
A) This is away for you to upload images of yourself or company that will show on your entry page. This can help attract people to your web site and is a great way to be able to promote yourself.
6. What does reciprocal mean?
A) When you take out a reciprocal package we ask you to add some code to one of your web site pages. You then have to put the location of this page into the submission form. We then have a bot (search program) that visits the page you have listed and which checks for the code, if it finds it your listing is accepted and added, if not it is refused. Basically we give you a link and you give us a link back, a link trade as it were.
7. How do I contact you?
A) You can use the form on our contact page to get in touch with us.
8. Is payment secure?
A) All payments for listing are done via PayPal. PayPal is external to our web site and totally secure. All payments are handled on our behalf by PayPal so you need never worry about payment being secure. You can pay for a listing using PayPal either using your PayPal account if you have one or by credit/debit card using the PayPal payment gateway.
9. Will you add other payment gateways?
A) We may add other payment gateways at some point in the future, but this will be done at our discretion.
10. Why do I have to register before i can submit my details?
A. We have people register before they submit their details as this then adds the listing to their account. In other words you own the listing and have the power to edit it at any time. When you are registered if you click on the members tab you can see what listing you have a and alter them, if you were unregistered you would not be able to do this and we would have to make a charge for us to do it. We want YOU to have control. Remember REGISTRATION IS FREE.
